'INTERNATIONAL WOMEN CHAMPIONSHIP' SHITORYU SHUKOKAI UNION

       By the invitation of the Iranian Federation karate and a kickboxing Svetlana Prikazchikova, a member of the National combined team of Russia, has taken part in the International tournament 'INTERNATIONAL WOMEN CHAMPIONSHIP' which took place on December, 24-25th in Teheran. Exclusively warm and friendly reception have rendered Svetlana organizing committee of competitions and heads of the Iranian Federation karate and a kickboxing. Svetlana has won a gold medal in this Championship. At a closing ceremony of tournament for the high technics shown in this Championship, Svetlana the certificate of the owner of a black belt on karate 4 DAN has been handed over.

18-th Championship of Russia on karatedo Shito-Ryu

      On December, 20-21th in to Moscow took place the Championship of Russia on karatedo Shito-Ryu, selection tournament for participation in the World Championship on karate Shito-Ryu (Shanghai, China - 2009). 
       Sportsmen of sports club "Nika" have taken part in this Championship. The Champion of Russia became Svetlana Prikazchikova, the silver prize-winner - Ekaterina Shaposhnikova, having played among themselves the ending in a weight category + 55 kg. Yana Maximova - the silver prize-winner in a weight category - 55 kg, Balamirza Abdullaev - the silver prize-winner in a weight category - 65 kg, Dmitry Isaev - the bronze prize-winner in a weight category - 60 kg. The female team in structure of Svetlana Prikazchikova, Ekaterina Shaposhnikova and Yana Maximova became the Champion of Russia in command Championship.

Inter-regional tournament on karate WKF 'Young Stars'

     On December, 20-21th in to Penza, took place Inter-regional tournament on karate WKF 'Young Stars' among young men and girls younger and middle age. Sportsmen of sports club karate "Nika" have taken part in competitions. The gold medal in an absolute category among girls (an age category of 10-11 years) was won by Ekaterina Gudoshnikova. Bronze medal in a weight category -35 kg among boys (an age category of 10-11 years) Paul Piljak has won.

Championship of Russia on каратэ WKF among cadets, juniors and youth

     On December, 05-07th in a to Penza Championship of Russia on каратэ WKF among cadets, juniors and youth took place.
     Championship was selection tournament for participation in 36th European cadet and junior karate Championships. The European Championship takes place on  January, 30th - on February, 01st in a Paris, France.
      The winner of Championship in an age category of 18-20 years in a weight category + 59 kg became Ekaterina Shaposhnikova who is the bronze prize-winner of the World Championship on karate WKF among cadets and juniors.

Forum of the All-Russia social movement 'In support of a rate of V.V.Putin'

      On November, 18th, 2008 in to Moscow took place the Forum of the All-Russia social movement 'In support of a rate of V.V.Putin' in which have taken part nearby 200 person from regions of Russia. From Volga region federal district 3 persons have taken part in the Forum. One of three delegates was Svetlana Prikazchikova.
      Theme of a forum - acceptance of the reference of the All-Russia social movement 'In support of a rate of V.V.Putin' to 10 congress 'Uniform Russia'.
       The forum has passed under Pavel Astakhov's presidency.

      On November, 19-20th in Saratov took place the Championship of the Saratov area on karate WKF in which sportsmen of sports club karate 'Nika' of Engels have taken part.

Command Championship of Russia

        On October, 17-19th, 2008 Command Championship of Russia of 2008 took place in Ufa in a sports complex "Dynamo" among young men and girls of 14-15 years. Within the limits of Superiority passed the All-Russia command competitions among children of 10-11 years and 12-13 years. Sportsmen of sports club "Nika" have participated in competitions of Engels Ekaterina Gudoshnikova, Paul Piljak and Roman Yusupov. Silver prize-winners became Ekaterina Gudoshnikova and Roman Yusupov.

I-st the Open All-Russia Games of fighting arts

       On October, 9th the Open All-Russia Games of fighting arts which passed in Anapa have come to the end. Over 2 thousand participants, more than 20 federal and regional mass-media shined this unique event in the world of sports are only official results of Games. The most important, that Games became the present holiday of mass sports, an example of that self-denying work of trainers, sportsmen and Organizing committee of Games, is capable to make impossible - to revive traditions of mass sports. Among foreign participants the first became sportsmen of Moldova, on the second - sportsmen from Ukraine, on the third - the Uzbek representatives of fighting arts. Feature of competitions of such level was that simultaneously on a platform sportsmen by 13 kinds of single combats showed the skill.
       The Saratov area was presented by 50 sportsmen. In command offset the command of the Saratov area has occupied 8 place from 75 regions Russian Federations and 4 foreign states. In structure of a command of the Saratov area there was a sportsman of club karate 'Nika' of Engels Ekaterina Gudoshnikova who became prize-winner  of the Open All-Russia Games of fighting arts. In sports club karate 'Nika' accept children in the age of 5-6 years, and many continue to go in for sports during many years.In club it is a lot of sportsmen which experience of employment exceeds 10 years.

URAINE OPEN INTERNATIONAL KARATE CUP 

     On September, 13th, 2008 in Odessa took place UKRAINE OPEN INTERNATIONAL KARATE CUP in which under the invitation sportsmen of sports club " Nika " - members of a youth combined team of Russia on karate WKF Yana Maximova and Ekaterina Shaposhnikova have participated. Our sportsmen have adequately presented the Saratov area and Russia on this tournament. Yana Maximova became the bronze prize-winner in a weight category up to 57 kg, Ekaterina Shaposhnikova has won a gold medal in a weight category over 57 kg.

Sergey Ulegin (Engels) and Alexander Kostoglod (Rostov-on-Don) have won on XXIX Olympic Games in Pekin a silver medal in competitions in the two of a canoe on a distance of 500 meters!     The pupil of trainer Alexey Nelovko, deserved master of sports Sergey Ulegin - the most outstanding sportsman of rowing school of the Saratov area. For the past ten years he borrows 29 prize-winning places at stages of the Cup of the World, Championships of the Europe, the World Championships and the Europe.     City dwellers of Engels and the Saratov area are proud of an outstanding achievement of the fellow countryman!

The World Championship among students

6-th World Championship among students in which representatives of 39 countries have taken part, took place in the city of Vrotslav (Poland) on July, 11-13th.         In structure of a combined team of Russia the Saratov area was represented by the sportsman of "Nika" Engels karate club Irina Aleksenko.        Female combined team of Russia in structure of: Elena Ponomaryova, Evgenie Podborodnikova, Vera Kovaleva and Irina Aleksenko became the bronze prize-winner of the World Championship.

Holiday the Drinking bout    

      On June, 14th in village Old Atlash the Ulyanovsk area has passed a holiday to which as the guest of honour Svetlana Prikazchikova has been invited.
     Svetlana Prikazchikova took part in rewarding participants of sports meets on struggle kuresh, armsport and the horse runnings which are passed during a holiday. At official opening of a holiday Svetlana has transferred the congratulatory address for the Governor of the Ulyanovsk area.

World Championship on ice hockey in Saratov     

     On June, 2nd the solemn action took place in a sport center "Star" of Saratov, devoted to a victory of a combined team of Russia over the World championship on hockey. The Governor of the Saratov area Pavel Ipatov, the deputy of the State Duma, the president of Federation of hockey of Russia Vladislav Tretjak, chairman of the Saratov regional Duma Valery Radaev, the federal inspector have taken part in celebratory action on the Saratov area Alexander Burdavitsyn.
     The main event of celebratory action became representation of the Cup of the World on the hockey, won by the Russian hockey players in the intense struggle in 72-nd World Championship on ice hockey which passed in Canada, in the cities of Halifaxes and Quebec from May, 2 till May, 18th, 2008.

     From June, 3 till June, 6th, 2008 on the basis of youthful sports school Championship of Federal Agency by formation on a judo among girls and young men of 1995-1996 of a birth took place.       On May, 23rd, 2008 in the city of Saratov, in the Palace of sports "Crystal" the International tournament on sambo-wrestling among young men 1992-1993 took place, devoted memories of Sultan Ahmerov.
     In opening ceremony of tournament Svetlana Zhurova has taken part the vice-president of the State Duma, the Deserved master of sports of Russia, the Champion of winter Olympiad in Turin. 116 sportsmen participated in competitions from 7 regions Russian Federations and Kazakhstan (Adygea, Chuvashiya, the Belgorod, Samara, Penza and Saratov areas). The Saratov area was represented by 54 sportsmen.
     On results of competitions in command offset a victory the Saratov area, 2 place - Republic Adygea, 3 place - has gained Maikop.

       On April, 18th, 2008 to a sports society "Dynamo" 85 years were executed. This very important and sign event not only for everyone who identifies itself with "Dynamo", but also for numerous army of sports fans of sports.        From a salutatory word of the Governor of the Moscow area of Boris Gromov to participants of competitions: ' Examples for youth for ever there will be masters karate Valery Paramonov, Leonid Kostjanov, the fighter of group of special purpose ' The Hero ', the Hero of Russia Sergey Burnaev and other sportsmen, whose life - in the annals of nice affairs of the true patriots of Fatherland. The importance of the international tournament-memorial ' That remembered : ' difficultly to overestimate. It, as a matter of fact, becomes one more positive alternative to all negative phenomena in the today's youth environment, and, I am assured, will direct many children to employment by oriental combat sports and sports in general. '
       The winner in an age category of 10-11 years on this tournament became Ekaterina Gudoshnikova. In an absolute category among women the winner of tournament became Svetlana Prikazchikova, the employee of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs on the Saratov area, the major of militia. In final to fight Svetlana Prikazchikova, a member of the National combined team of Russia, has met the pupil Yana Maximova, a member of a youth combined team of Russia.

Traditional International karate tournament ' GOLDEN BELT '

        On April, 12th, 2008 in Cacak, Serbia took place the International karate tournament  "GOLDEN BELT" in which under the invitation of  Serbia karate Federation the combined team of Russia in structure of which there were two sportsmen from the Saratov area Svetlana Prikazchikova and Olga Muzalevskaja has taken part.
       Tournament passed on six tatami, has got to take part many National combined teams. Sportsmen of a combined team of Russia on this tournament have won three medals in personal Superiority: Konstantin Belozertsev (Moscow) became the winner of this tournament, Murad Gadzhiev (Makhachkala) and Svetlana Prikazchikova (Engels) became prize-winners. In a weight category at S.Prikazchikova was 27 person.
       The main event of this tournament was command meeting of combined teams of Serbia and Russia which was broadcast on National TV and took place in other hall, at the big congestion of spectators and representatives of mass-media. The man's combined team of Russia with the minimal account has conceded to owners of competitions, and the female combined team of Russia has won this high on heat and a basic duel.
        Tournament passed on April, 12th, and the female combined team of Russia has devoted this victory to Day of Astronautics. It would be desirable to note that fact, Jury Gagarin's feat remember and honour in many countries, including in Serbia.

     area. This spring day became a holiday for all mankind, the beginning of a space age.
     In that memorable morning Jury Gagarin has made the First in history of mankind
     flight in space.

       On April, 11-13th, 2008 in Nizhni Novgorod in a sports complex " New generation " there have passed the All-Russia competitions " Hopes of Russia " among schoolboys of 10-17 years.
       The winner of tournament in an age category of 14-15 years, (+55 kg) became Darya Kaplina.

        On April, 05-06th in a Saratov has passed Championship of Russia on karate Sin-Seby among pupils. The silver prize-winner of competitions in an age category of 14-15 years (+55 kg) became Darya Kaplina.

       On April, 4-6th the All-Russia competitions ' Students of Russia ' took place in Orel city in which 2 sportsmen of "Nika" Engels karate club  Irina Aleksenko and Yana Maximova have taken part. The ending of the All-Russia competitions in a weight category up to 60 kg was played among themselves by sportsmen of our club. With the minimal advantage the victory was gained by Irina Aleksenko. The given tournament was selection for formation of a combined team of Russia for participation in the World Championship among students which takes place on July, 12-13th, Poznan, Poland.

The All-Russia tournament ' KOI RUSSIA OPEN '

       29-30.03.2008 years the All-Russia tournament' KOI RUSSIA OPEN ' took place in Moscow. Tournament was selection on the KOI World Cup (04-06.07.2008., Latina, Italy).
Sportsmen have taken part in competitions from Italy, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Estonia and Russia. In total - 501 sportsman. The Guest of honour of the Championship was the president of the International federation ' Kobe Osaka International ', Chairman of sports-technical and judicial committee of  World  Karate Federation, 8 Dan, Mr. Tommi Morris, the Great Britain.
       In this Championship Svetlana Prikazchikova has won two gold medals: in an absolute category among adults and in team kumite ("Nika Engels karate team").
       Pupils Svetlana Irina Aleksenko and Yana Maximova also became prize-winners of the Championship in personal Championship in an age category 'juniors'.

European karate Championship

        On February, 15-16th, 2008 has taken place European karate Champoinships  in Italy, Trieste. 700 sportsmen (435 men and 265 women of karatekas) have taken part in Championship from 44 countries. The female combined team of Russia on kumite has won bronze medals. Structure of a team: Muraveva Olesya (Chelyabinsk), Muzalevskaja Olga (Saratov), Podborodnikova Evgenie (Tomsk). In personal offset Russians have won 2 medals. A gold medal - Yegiazaryan Grach (Republic Northern Ossetia, a weight category up to 65 kg) and bronze - Kozlachkova Svetlana (Kolomna, the Moscow region, a weight category up to 51 kg).
